Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $5.99. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

Orders placed before 12pm EST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will typically ship the next business day.

We ship to all 50 states and Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.

Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please contact us for a return authorization number (RA). Once you have received an RA, you can ship the item back to us at the following address:

Please include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it to make sure it is in new condition. If it is, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• Custom-made items
• Items that have been used or opened
